(January 12, 2022, 3:32 am)My husband and I had a very positive experience with Emile at Hemlock Home Inspection. For our first home, we had been searching high and low for a good fit, and had finally seen a house that was within budget and our criteria ( really, was an incredible match!) , but had to act fast in today’s market. Despite our eagerness to beat everyone else’s offers, we also wanted to ensure that the house lived up to what was written in the listing before we signed anything. We required a home inspection ASAP and after unsuccessfully calling other companies ( they seemed to require earlier notice ), we were able to find Emile at Hemlock Home Inspection to help us with the inspection. He was responsive, professional, and able to complete the inspection within the timeframe we needed. His report was thorough, timely and also honest ( pointed out some minor things that were overlooked which was very helpful to our negotiations and the closing on our new home!). We had a very enjoyable experience with Emile and would highly recommend him to other buyers and sellers. Thank you for being a part of the success of our big purchase!

This was our first inspection before a purchase and Emile’s findings helped us identify problems to take back to the seller - we were able to negotiate a better closing price.
