They are super. Always welcoming smiles even as they're working at sorting. Always acknowledge donations when I bring them. Always express appreciation for donations. They made sure to tell me about their upcoming move to new location on March 1.

Well run thrift store for a good cause. Take your donations here. Value Village is a for-profit corporation, not a charity, although they do everything they can to hide the fact. This place helps people.

This is organization is a wonderful resource for too many women who are in need of their services. Every person that I have met that is associated with the organization are warm, open and so kind and thoughtful. The staff at the second hand store at the Cook street location always greet each and every person who walks in the door in the same happy, cheerful and respectful. The people in the back of the store who accept the donations everyday are just as welcoming. I’m always so thankful for the fact that when my children outgrow their precious belongings that I don’t have to throw them out but that they will go to another child who will keep loving them like my kids did. Being in a wheelchair is a challenge getting around and if I have purchased a large item i.e. a bookcase or a mirror the staff, in both locations that we frequent Pandora and Cook) will secure it safely on the back of my chair or will hold it until I’m able to find someone to pick it up for me. Above and beyond every time it’s a win, win, win situation. I can purchase good quality clothing at a much lower cost, we can donate our outgrown items and we feel good about where the proceeds goes!!!
