Shawn is really easy to communicate with (via phone, text, email) and is incredibly detailed in his walk-through and report. He’ll go the extra mile to investigate/educate which really gave us a lot of piece of mind when investing in a new home for our family.
I would highly recommend his services and hire again. -

He was very thorough with the inspection and informative throughout the day, he showed excellent knowledge and was able to discuss any findings. He showed up early, was well mannered, and we had our full inspection report later that evening. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection!
