He seemed to handle the entire purchase, I didn't have to do a thing. I will definitely be going back to him again.

He was extremely professional, he understood our needs and gave us the pros and cons of the various options to help us find the mortgage that was best for us. He was also very responsive in all our correspondence and shared relevant news about Bank of Canada which was also helpful.

I had a lot of questions, and I particularly appreciated that he always responded in a timely manner, even if to let me know when he could answer in more depth. The market has been extremely challenging this year, and I genuinely felt that he was "in my corner". Relying on his advice, knowledge, and determination has been a consistent source of confidence over the last 6 months..he is amazing!
