Christina was very good --- green but patient, eager and enthusiastic. What we enjoyed about her was that she was up front and honest. When she didn't know something (totally understandable as she was new), she immediately asked a colleague/manager or looked it up --- she didn't try to make things up. Another good attribute was that she didn't "promise" us anything --- she was always accurate in her words, ensuring to us that she would try her best but that she couldn't guarantee a certain outcome -an excellent quality. We had one unfortunate blip about a wireless charging pad but Christina was very empathetic and Scott, the GM, made up for it the best way he could which was appreciated. All in all, a very good experience!

Crystal and Ally were both incredibly professional from start to finish. I am new to the province and they were very welcoming and helpful! They were honest and respected my vehicle knowledge.
