(April 27, 2015, 4:20 pm)Brad was a pleasure to deal with. He was always upfront and honest with details. He informed me of many of the pros and cons of dealing with certain lenders. I always felt he had my best interests in my mind. When one mortgage company decided to appraise the house I was buying at $100,000 below assessment, he fought hard with them to reconsider, and then found another company to broker my mortgage with on short notice.

Brad helped us with a line of credit during a build and then found us the absolute best rate when we converted our line of credit to a mortgage. Brad always has time to explain the issues and help with any questions or concerns I have had. I strongly recommend Brad to anyone needing a mortgage.
