I recently had to return something that I bought online and came damaged, and the SAs were super nice. They first tried to find the item in store to exchange it & since it was not available, they processed my return, very fast.

She went above and beyond and even called park royal to keep the pair on hold. It felt like we were shopping with our friend. Thanks for the great customer service :)
