(January 14, 2019, 6:13 pm)This gym is great, I love how quiet it is. Cardio room as well as cable resistance machines upstairs, MMA floor with bags, and free weights downstairs. It's 24 hours as well so if you prefer non business hours that's great too. Sometimes it can get loud during kickboxing classes but if you're listening to music you don't notice it. It used to be the old pub and I like that they kept some memorabilia from Mulligan's (like the menu or the bathroom doors). I'm more self conscious/shy so I definitely prefer this gym to Sooke Health and Fitness.
