There were many convoluted factors involved with the purchase of this property and Nancy supported, guided, interpreted and facilitated so much of the process that I'm sure we would have given up if it weren't for her constant, repsonsive help at each bump along the way. Her knowledge of the area and what factors are important to investigate in looking at properties in the Metchosin, East Sooke, Sooke area was invaluable as we were looking and eventually buying there.

My fiance and I were first time home buyers and she made the process of searching for a home much easier than it could of been. She is very knowledgeable, personable, funny, efficient, quick to respond and always easy to coordinate with. She also left us a very sweet housewarming gift! We are both over the moon with our newest purchase and couldn't be happier we found Niki.

The energy is great and friendly here and that is one of the reasons I work from this location as well as in the Westshore . I love the agents out here.
