The first time I ever tasted Tom's cooking, my eyes filled with tears because I could taste every bit of his heart and soul that he layered into the flavours of the food. All the effort and love that went into carefully gathering each ingredient, and the creativity of his spirit that brought it all together and presented it all so beautifully. He's a true professional and he is very passionate about what he does. I am grateful for every meal I have had the pleasure to share with him 💕

The slow food movement is very much alive here in Sooke. This was the best birthday gift , a catered dinner served in our home, Tom is a fabulous chef, with heart and passion .

After attending Tom's workshop on boosting immune system, I am feeling inspired, and energized. Tom's style is relaxed and he's full of knowledge. So excited to apply as much as I can to my life.
