(March 19, 2019, 3:07 pm)We asked friends if they could suggest a reliable plumber that might come to Port Renfrew a.s.a.p. as our situation was pretty severe. This was on Family Day. Mike Menard was named above a few others. Mike was quick to respond and drove out within a couple hours to lend his expertise. We were deep into the problem doing all we could from our end. Not enough. CRD would need to be called as the "plug" was soon to be determined to be on their end. A pipe-camera was required to prove it. Mike never got excited, stayed calm throughout and worked hard to help solve this problem. A few trips were made and within days our drains were working. The cost was not exceptional but payments were made in 3 installments. A great guy! A great job! 5 Stars from Port Renfrew!

(March 2, 2019, 3:43 pm)I recently connected to the city sewer line at the top of our driveway. Can't thank Mike at Menard Plumbing and Heating enough for the great customer and very fair price. Any doubts I had about my project were put to rest with his expert knowledge. He was very easy to communicate with and always hakd my best interests in mind. Sometimes it is hard to find trades people you can trust. Mike will always be my choice for my plumbing needs in the future and he should be yours too!
