He was patient and kind while walking us through the process (even when I had a million questions). He was extremely responsive in all aspects, very knowledgeable and an all around good guy! We purchased our house in a crazy fast paced market and took quick posession, Brian never missed a beat and ensured that even the tightest deadlines were met.
Should we ever need a broker again, I will 100% give Brian a call and I would recommend him in a heart beat.
I truly don't think we would have our dream home today if we had gone with someone else. -

He listened to our concerns, and took the time to explain things to us first-time home buyers in a way we could understand, and made sure we did understand! He answered all our questions and checked in on us at every step. I highly recommend using him for your mortgage broker.

Not only did he take the time to explain each step of the process, the different options, and risks and benefits, he went above and beyond to get us the best rate and mortgage option for our circumstance. Brian was also very helpful when it came to other aspects of becoming a home owner and what to expect.
