  Stayed here in January to catch flight out of Victoria airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was basic and clean. Breakfast was included as was parking for the week..good location and shuttle to the airport..would recommend this place ad a stopover anytime..

  Staff were EXTREMELY helpful, professional and efficient. Room has all amenities, pub and all amenities nearby as well as an amazing breakfast.

  This is our go to hotel when flying out of the area.
  
  Close to food and grocery. Parking is ok. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

  Great breakfast, extreamly friendly staff. It's close to a lot of shops as well as the ferries and airport, so great for travelers. Comfy beds and clean rooms.

  I came to this hotel tired, jet lagged and hungry. I wasn't expecting five star, and it decidedly wasn't. But what made it a wonderful stay for me was the service. Particularly from a young front desk rep named John. Soft spoken and calm, he addressed my broken TV issue by coming up himself, switching two different cable boxes, and two different power cables.. Neither of which fixed the issue. He then moved me, quickly and efficiently to a new room. He also helped me solve the problem of my forgotten charger. So the tired and cranky problem was solved brilliantly. Now the hotel is in a bit of a questionable area of town but there is a pizza hut literally 10 steps away, and a great old English style pub/dinner attached to the hotel. When you check in you get a coupon for 20% off your meal. Hungry problem solved! Free airport shuttle and available park and fly packet made me even happier! Overall I would recommend this hotel too anyone flying in or out of Victoria airport. I'll definitely stay there again!
