Doug not only helped us find a suitable mattress for my daughter, he also had it delivered it for free and came back to help me take apart her crib and assemble the new bed for her before she returned from school. My foot was in a cast so the help was so appreciated. His movers also helped me with a heavy dinning room piece while here. Now that is customer service!
