Nice to see a quality product made right here on the island. If you have an issue they fix it for free. The warranty is the best in the business. Quality is outstanding. I wish all manufacturers stood behind their product like Scotty does. Highly recommend!

Great post-purchased customer service! We had a line puller malfunction and stopped working. After our own diagnosis, we send Scotty information on the broken part. Scotty confirmed the issue, shipped parts out. Only 3 days turnaround to received new parts under warranty. Impressed!
