Miles went way above and beyond what was required in order to reunite me with my family during these difficult times. I am forever grateful and will not forget his humanity and selfless generosity. (August 26, 2020, 4:58 pm)It is rare to come across a person that operates their business with absolute integrity and reliability. Miles of Bay to Bay Charters is such a person. I hired him to help get my brother home after a long flight from Europe that was arriving late. When the flight was delayed by several hours, pushing the pickup time until even later, Miles was still there at the airport to meet him. When they were fogged in and unable to cross the water to my house, he helped my brother find a place for the night and made sure to get him to where he needed to be the next day. In our little family we think of Miles as a hero!
