(October 30, 2022, 1:10 am)It was cold and crisp outside we stopped in for a lunch break and to warm up. This place was so welcoming and service was awesome. We ordered pizza to share. It was quick and it was delicious. What impressed me the most was how the staff sat together to enjoy their lunch like a family. This was not just lunch but a cultural experience. To management and stuff keep it up you have something special there. Thank you for a lovely experience.

(October 28, 2022, 5:27 am)The place was pretty busy when we arrived. Managed to get a table after 10-15 minutes of waiting. Staff super friendly and helpful. Pizza was very good. Clean restrooms.

(September 21, 2022, 8:29 pm)So excited to have 900 degrees open in Sidney! Best pizza Ive ever had! Generous portion, fresh ingredients. And Gluten free offering too - you'd never know it was GF! Beautiful setting. Recommend reservations especially for dinner as its a busy place. You wont be disappointed!

(September 11, 2022, 4:02 am)I have been in Sidney for about three weeks this summer and my accommodations are without cooking facilities. I go out for dinner most every night to different restaurants in an effort to experience everything that Sidney has to offer. I have found many good to great options, depending on your budget and personal preference.
I have been to 900 Bistro twice now and, without a doubt, the food and overall experience is the best that I have had. My waitress immediately recognized me from my previous visit and gave me a warm greeting. She gave me great advice with choosing my entree and the service couldn’t have been better. I was seated at the bar and had the pleasure of watching Chef Alex and his staff do their magic. I look forward to experiencing another Chef Alex creation, the friendly staff and great service…hopefully sooner than later! -
