Stern but honest and fair. What more do you want?
We had a blockage of some type. Firstly we had a plumber come in and snake from the toilet to the septic tank, but it was still plugged. Then we called in Gulf Island Septic who were able to come two days later. On the phone, Jeanine explained what the basic costs of the service would be, so I would not be surprised.
To get ready for them, I had to dig out the septic tank cover areas, which were under a walkway and about 8" under the gravel and dirt. I also had a water hose ready for their use.
The truck arrived first thing in the morning and he had it all done in under an hour. There was a large blockage in the incoming pipe, and he also cleaned the filter and pumped out the tank. He showed me exactly what he had done, and how the filter is removed, and suggested the filter get cleaned every six months. He was very professional.
The bill was reasonable and what they had told me initially.
I would definately call them again,, should the need arise, and will recommend them to others.
