Green City Builders renovated the kitchen in our 103 year old house last year. My wife and I (both well experienced in the construction industry) were thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and overall professionalism of the project. Sam, his team and the subcontractors were very pleasant and polite to deal with across the board. We were given clear expectations on the construction schedule and budget and both were adhered to closely. I would not hesitate to either recommend Green City Builders or work with them again in the future.

Three story home complete renovation, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens and a legal suite. Sam, his team and suppliers turned our high expectations into a reality. The GCB process removed guess work by clearly outlining and sticking to both the budget and time line. Great suggestions from his team and seamless integration of our ideas on the fly. We have one more home left in our long term plans and hope to work with GCB on it.
