(January 20, 2018, 1:20 am)Spent a week here in March last year. Lovely place, cozy and comfortable, and the quietest place I have ever been. Excellent service from the owners, they checked in with us once after arriving and then left us totally alone.
You can’t really swim from the shore here, but there are beaches within a reasonable drive. The upstairs beds are in a loft, open to the downstairs living room/kitchen area. Provides split firewood for the wood stove. Some gentle hikes nearby. There are plenty of books in the cottage, a tv and DVD player, as well as some DVDs.
