The reasons IRCC gave for the denial were vague but Silvia explained them to us using her expertise and experience. She submitted the next application and we were approved. Throughout the whole process, she was professional, understanding, and brilliant. Definitely recommend.

We had the visa denied in the first application, which was with a normal consultancy in São Paulo, where they didn't take any care to apply, but we only understood that after Our Place Immigration Consulring, reapplied our process.
