After giving him a quick description he let me know it was likely a critical failure and that given the age of the laptop it would be more economical to replace it completely. All this info was super helpful and came free of charge even though I offered. Covid is hitting small businesses hard and Neil’s is no exception, so please send your business his way! 10/10 would recommend Neil’s friendly services!

Was sufficiently impressed with the way he explained what he’d done to my father’s system that I decided to take my own desktop in for an inspection and repair.
Was a very positive experience as he was able to restore the system similar to that of when it was purchased.
Have utilized his services for the past 12 years to maintain, upgrade or replace my systems.
Neal has a passion for computer system which means it’s not just a job, he really loves what he does.
Furthermore he’s trustworthy, dependable and offers competitive prices.
