We had many challenges with the lender, but Clare and Lynn persistently and professionally pushed through each challenge that was thrown their way. They were always quick to respond to emails and kept me updated along the way. I was blown away by their patience throughout the process and appreciate all their efforts. When I met with Clare to sign off on the mortgage, she was absolutely lovely and I would happily recommend Clare and Lynn to anyone needing help with conveyancing (and other legal transactions). We had some additional items that they assisted us with. This required several lengthy phone calls but in the end it all for done! I can't thank them enough for everything they did!

(February 7, 2013, 5:43 pm)We've used Wilson Marshall for all our contracts, NDAs, and other assorted company legal documents and all I can ask is exactly what I got - they hold up in courts in both Canada and the US and hold up well.
I've personally stretched to using them as well now for my personal documents (wills specifically) and have faith that they're thorough and cover all my intentions clearly and securely.
I recommend them highly and will continue to use them for years to come. they're friendly but professional and get the job done well.
