  A fun place to visit, a look out tower nearby is cool. A bit of a Friday the 13th vibe, but nice.

  Back in October 2010 me, Sam and the rest of our students went there for our 1 week trip it was fun because we played at the playground, played in the leafs pile and went swimming in the pool and the hot tub.

  Feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to be at Camp this past week. It truly is a haven for those of us who have to go to treatments. Every detail was perfect from staff volunteers to activities. There are no words Lions to express my gratitude! A team effort of heroes .

  Our family was recently given the opportunity to visit Lions Camp Dorset for a week. There is no question that it completely exceeded our expectations! We have 3 kids (3, 11, 12), and they all absolutely LOVED their time at Dorset! The big kids loved the kayaks and canoes, while our little guy enjoyed the park and the pool. My husband did his dialysis treatments under the care of some of the most incredibly generous and good-hearted nursing staff around. Our cottage was perfect for our family, offering lots of space and more amenities than we were expecting to have. We had a great time at the potluck and bingo night, and we loved the group campfire that was organized as well. We hope we are given the chance to visit again next year- our kids have already asked about returning!

  Big rave for their gingerbread late which is made with real molasses, spices, vanilla etc and their pumpkin spice late with real organic pumpkin puree and spice etc. No chemicals. All natural. Super tasty!

  Amazing place for families right near the town of Dorset. They have lots of water activities (kayaks/canoes/paddle boats) on a beautiful lake. Water is warm (for Ontario lakes) and you can kayak for an hour or more before you reach the end of Raven lake. Facility is kept in good condition and there aren’t many cottages around because the lake has a lot of crown land.
