I have chronic issues with some of my joints and have learned targeted stretches and exercises to minimize discomfort and build muscle in all the right places. I never thought I would be able to lift as much weight as when I worked with Kyle! On top of his professionalism and skill, he is a great listener and extremely fun to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Resurgence Training to anyone searching for the right trainer.
