We don't use him a lot, but for the once a year you do need his help with repairs, parts, or accessories, he's always been there to help. Totally recommend. -

(August 18, 2018, 9:44 pm)I highly recommended this shop for any vacuum repairs you have. They are honest and fair and do everything to insure you get the best deal. They are fast and kind and make me feel like they are friends helping me out rather than business people hoping to empty my wallet. They are very knowledgeable and I trust their opinion. Our built in vacuum is almost 25 years old and wearing down but the guy at Mr Sweeper is so good about helping to extend its life rather than sell me a new vacuum.
