I will say in fairness they generally specialize in supporting commercial contractors (which I am) so their prices are rock bottom. I don't go in there expecting the red carpet treatment, just good old honest customer service which they deliver time and again. This is a wholesale type operation so if you want to be coddled you should probably go elsewhere, but also expect to pay more money too
PS. their yard sucks if you drive in with a long trailer, but so do most places so its not their fault either
