(December 13, 2021, 5:55 pm)Went in to see doctor about test results. Saw Dr. Martha McDonald who was wonderful. Easy to talk to didn't try to rush me out the door. She said she would call with the test results. She did the very next day. I found the receptionist polite and friendly. I waited 40 minutes which is nothing as I have waited four hours at the Royal Oak walk in clinic. I am just grateful that I saw a doctor now that I no longer have a family doctor. Will definitely go back to this clinic. PLEASE NOTE THIS WALK IN CLINC IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED AS OF AUGUST 2021.

(October 12, 2021, 4:41 am)THIS CLINIC IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGE.
Some of the doctors are quite good, but a few of them aren't so great. Same goes for reception. Always had great experiences with Drs. Mendrek and Woodburn. Sad it's closing as it was the only walk-in within walking distance and the clinic they're merging with has poor reviews. -

(March 23, 2021, 2:29 pm)I was in a ton of pain and Gordon Head Treatment Centre was the only centre in town that could get me in that day (everyone else had filled up). The front desk staff was kind and went the extra step to see if they could get me in. I saw Dr. Mendrek, who was efficient with questions and examination and had an excellent "beside" manner. My condition was quickly and accurately diagnosed. I was very impressed with Dr. Mendrek, who I highly recommend.
