Amazing service. Derek and Brett were able to diagnose my problem with my leaking basement and explained thoroughly how they came about it. Went above and beyond my expectations, thanks guys.
I’m so impressed by the level of professionalism and service that Derek and his team bring to their work. They repaired our water and I will use them again for any work we have done. In particular, I was impressed by how clearly Derek communicated with us—about the work that needed to be done, what was involved, things for us to consider. I felt like he really cared about our project--even if it was just a tiny blip in scope. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.

Drain Scope did the best job i could have imagined being done.
The company’s owner, Derek, came round to look at the job and I immediately felt trust and confidence. I knew that he had my best interest in mind and I had a sense of certainty that his team would do what was needed to put my drains in optimum working condition, and that they would do no more than was really necessary. Given that my house was built in 1941 that sense of reassurance meant a lot.
My first impression of Derek/DrainScope was born out throughout the job. Talking with Leah, the office administrator, is like talking with an old friend. The on-site team are thoughtful and considerate to be as non-disruptive to my gardens as possible. These are intelligent men doing a great job. They obviously know their trade and care about their work. The foreman, Colin, has a great eye for details.
We’ve probably all had work done that leaves us with issues down the road or the finishing details not attended to. With Drain Scope it is as if they are working on their own property. Perfectionism is a good description for the premise of this company.
The rains came the day after they finished the work. I feel 100% assured that my perimeter drains are ready.
