I hired him because he is so sincere and focused on not only providing an incredible fitness program, but because he is obviously dedicated to helping people with personal development. Over the last few months, I’ve gained muscle and strength, lost fat, and most importantly, cultivated discipline that has spread to all areas of my life. I can’t thank you enough for your help Trace!
