Before approaching him I didn't think I'd get approved for a mortgage with my credit situation but Ben was still able to get me approved with a pretty acceptable rate. Financial matters are admittedly not my forte, but I felt comfortable that Ben was exploring the options with my unique financial situation and goals in mind.
