Following a recommendation, we hired Brenden for spring cleanup and maintenance. His quote was significantly lower than those given by two other companies. He de-mossed and treated our roof and cleaned all the gutters, inside and out, as well as the downspouts. Our house is tall with a very steeply pitched roof. He was prompt and did excellent work with great efficiency and safety precautions. He was also very enthusiastic and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. In December, after the "atmospheric river" blew through town and deposited tree debris all over our roof and gutters and clogged the downspouts, Brenden managed to fit us in and took care of everything! I fear we would have experienced some damage to our house had he not been able to come by so quickly and help us out. He is extremely thorough with clean-up after the job is done as well. We plan to get him back every spring and late fall in the future. We highly recommend Brenden and Altitude Outdoor Home Care.

Brenden came and cleaned off our roof and gutters(on short notice) after the big storms and did a fantastic job. Excellent communication, attention to detail and honest customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn’t have any issues with our gutters. He cleaned up all the mess and did our neighbour’s roof and gutters the same day. We hired Altitude Outdoor Home Care to help with our very steep, mossy roof. We got a full moss removal package, Interior gutter clean and concentrated spray application to prevent the moss from returning. Before we hired Brenden, I read the reviews. Brenden cleaned out our gutters and downspouts, inside and exterior clean and also did all our windows. Actually he was so focused on scrubbing off the black stuff from the gutters he did miss a couple of upstairs windows BUT admitted the mistake without any issue or excuse and came back within a couple of days to finish the job. For me, it's not just the quality of service that matters, but how graciously a company handles inevitable errors that really sets them apart.
