(August 31, 2022, 4:42 pm)We had Aero come out to our 9 unit townhouse complex to clean out the dryer vents and the did a very good job. They did all 9 vents and also cleaned 5 dryers from the inside by requests from owners. The fellows were here for 2 hours and did a thorough cleaning of the vents. Employees were prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend Aero for this kind of work.

They were very helpful, informative and it was clear they enjoyed working together. What was clear is they know their stuff, make customer service a priority and are there to help you as a homeowner. Can’t recommend them strongly enough, use them, you will be happy you did.

(July 22, 2022, 9:53 pm)Aaron apologized for being late (the company (Rachel) phoned beforehand and let me know). He is a very pleasant young man with high standards of respect and work integrity. He checked out our dryers thoroughly and reported to me what he discovered. All was good. The bill was exactly what I was quoted. I am also glad that Rachel reached out to remind me it had been 3 years since we had the vents cleaned. (Who remembers the last 3 years!). We will definitely use Aero in the future.
