(May 31, 2021, 2:23 am)Amazing selection of pork products, they have things that are impossible to find anywhere else,... reasonable prices and great service. Their bbq pork on saturdays is also FANTASTIC. Literally can't think of anything that would make this place better... maybe Cheese parings? Oh wait, that's literally right next door.

The Regular pepperoni is good but the DRY PEPP gets 5 stars, perfectly dry & spicy. The Fennel salami Yes! and Red Wine Salami with Black Pepper even better. Just Go. Also, there are mainstay meats that are always there but also a varied selection that is seasonal or one offs. I am always surprised and delighted by the new flavors to try.
