Excellent customer service - dropped my car off to install a block heater, turns out I had one already, they showed me where the cord was, and didn't charge me for the time. I appreciated it so much and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I recently had my truck repaired at O'Keeffe's and couldn't be happier about the experience. Although the truck needed a lot more done to it than I expected, the time Tom took to explain everything needed and why assured me that it was in my best interest to bite the bullet and get it all done. For over 20 years both my mother and I have not trusted our cars with anyone else besides this auto shop. Honest, sincere and highly skilled with everything I have needed over the years.
