(June 30, 2022, 5:31 am)Cynthia is very knowledgeable when it came to the process of buying our first house and is an incredibly hard worker. As a government worker being relocated I could be very demanding/panicked at times and Cynthia was calm and professional and always answered my questions no matter the time of day. In the end, I had the keys to my first house and I couldn’t be more thrilled! If you’re looking for someone who will put you first and make a complicated process seem easy then Cynthia is your woman!

(June 25, 2022, 10:03 pm)Where to start! My experience with Cynthia was beyond what I was expecting from a realtor. Cynthia took on cleaning and staging my condo. Also took on last minute repairs that made the world of difference. Everything was done with out assistance from me I was out of town. It was a last minute choice to list and it all came together promptly. She made the whole experience smooth and was available every step of the way to answer my questions and reassure me. With all the hard work she put in that was over and above my expectations, we got over asking! I felt she took my one bedroom condo and treated it with the million dollar treatment. She comes highly recommended.

I sought her out because we had stayed at a property she managed, and I was so impressed with her professionalism, eye to details, and quick response time that I hoped she would also help out with a property we own. Luckily, she agreed, and the working relationship has been smooth sailing. I recommend Cynthia most highly: she's an absolute professional, very easy to work with, she communicates clearly and listens carefully to client needs. You won't be disappointed with her service.
