My oven quit working December 12th -- not good so close to Christmas! I phoned Doug who came December 14th found the problem and although the part needed was across the country managed to get it and repair the oven on December 21! We are grateful to Doug for "saving" Christmas dinner. I highly recommend Doug. H. Moon
