We try hard to bring & produce great products for you all. Unfortunately, I have to respond to the one bad review.
Novus plants is a wholesale company. When people come in that are not part of the trade we explain to them that they can only be here with they’re landscaper, or designer. We completely stand behind this. We are not retail, we stand and support our trade. Unfortunately, that was a bad situation, and no matter how many times I said wholesale only.. it did not go through. ( obviously I need to get a bigger sign that says wholesale only). After having pictures of a plant put in my face, a garden centre that we support put down. Yes... maybe I was a little harsh. But, I did it for all of our customers out there I support.
If you would like to see Novus. Contact a landscaper or designer. Your more than welcome.

(August 26, 2016, 2:50 pm)Novus is my go-to source for most of my installations. They carry high quality, high variety, and Steve and Tony are super nice and helpful guys. The owner is famous for her bark bei worse than her bite ;) but she is also extremely knowledgeable. I always end up getting the majority of materials here.
