He sent a quote before the home inspection and the final invoice was the same as the original quote. Maximum Home Inspections is WETT certified so we also had the wood burning fireplace inspected at the same time. He went through all of the property findings with us and then sent a detailed report the next day - just what we needed! Thank you Maximum Home Inspections!
