He does it all: he helped me and my partner upgrade to Windows 10, he set up great security for us, and recently he was able (miraculously) to retrieve a lost file for me. In person or remotely, Spencer is consistently polite, calm, friendly, and professional. He clearly explains what he is doing or suggesting, which is hugely reassuring whether you are a high-powered computer user or someone whose computer skills are pretty basic. His rates are very reasonable, and he is also amazingly prompt, getting back to you the same day. Best of all, he is an excellent communicator and a really nice guy. Spencer is amazing - five stars for sure!

(May 6, 2018, 9:33 am)I had an issue with my laptop so Spencer was able to direct me on how to handle the situation and when I got the new PC he completely reformatted it to optimum specs. It was the first time I had seeked IT support so I was leery but to be honest I was blown away by his honesty and customer service. I 100% recommend Torch. Will definitely be my go to from now on! Thanks again.

(August 30, 2017, 4:22 pm)My experience with Computer Illiterate was amazing. With swift email correspondence we were quickly able to determine the majority of the issues along with a solution. Seemingly seconds later Kevin was at my door ready to pick up my computer and effect repairs. My computer was extensively damaged in a car accident and yet after the repairs my computer was running better than before the accident! Would definitely recommend, they are quick, efficient and allowed me to not even have to leave my house!

(January 8, 2017, 10:34 pm)Everything was excellent. I do appreciate good service and Kevin delivered exactly that. My computer was picked up, cleaned up and returned within 24 hours. Certainly much better service than another local service provider, faster and over all just a much more pleasant encounter. I have no problem putting the full 5 star rating on this service.
