Shannon is a wonderful dog walker. The only problem i had was her confusing methods of communication. Instead of phoning or business emails Shannon would randomly message on a Facebook group thst she had created then changed the name of. I received an email stating she was closed for remembrance day so my dog should have been picked up Friday November 19th for her next walk. Shannon did not show up. She did not call. She did not send me an email. My dog waited 1.5 hours fir her watching out the door. One month later Shannon mailed me my house key. I personally think that a business should communicate in a professional manner not on Facebook.

So happy that we found Shannon and Tracy. It’s been a life changer for Murphy and our family. I have better control of Murphy who is a very high spirited young lab and I have so much more confidence in my own abilities. The beginner and intermediate classes with Shannon and Tracy were so informative and full of awesome ideas and exercises on how to not only train both Murphy and me (lol) but also to have fun!

I highly recommend West Shore Pet Service and their beginner etiquette class. There is an excellent ratio of instructors to pets. It was so much fun to attend the classes, go home with a homework instruction sheet and be able to review posted videos to ensure we were practicing right. These ladies are very experienced with dogs and their method is so easy to work on between classes. We even got a graduation certificate and photos with a graduation cap.

Shannon has an amazing knowledge of dog sports and tricks. We are currently only on week 4 of our rally obedience class and our 10 month old pup has learned so much! Super fun, educational, and motivating for both the dog and ourselves.

If you have any issues with obedience, manners, socializing, leash walking, etc. we can't recommend some lessons with Tracy enough. She is not afraid to tell you what you can improve, in order for your dog to understand you better and she goes out of her way to find new methods that work for your dog specifically.
We are 99% sure she became our dogs favourite person!
