(February 6, 2020, 4:13 am)I am on my 2nd 12-week program, and I can't say enough good things. The staff is beyond amazing, they work with the individual to understand the pain or limitation they may be facing and adapt the program to suit each person. It's a very comfortable, non-judgemental environment that understands the unique mindset, skills, and sense of humour of veterans. When I released, I had a 30lb weight restriction, now I am single hand kettlebell swinging and deadlifting 80lbs in each hand. I would recommend to any vet looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
