This was hands down the best customer service I’ve had since trying to locate a locker. Clean facility with an easy to understand layout. The security is also top notch and it feels like a safe, sound location to store whatever you might need to.

(February 16, 2022, 1:15 am)Exceptional customer service and incredible staff who truly care about their customers. Facility is impeccably clean and well lit. The security system is impressive and gives us piece of mind knowing our belongings are safe and secure. Competitive rates are comparable to other storage facilities in the area, but leaps and bounds better than our previous storage facility. These guys set the bar high and they surpassed all of our expectations. Highly recommend!!!

(February 11, 2022, 10:55 pm)AMAZING service!!! Paulina and Hasan were so helpful in picking the right storage unit for us. They have flexibility for room size if your storage needs change during your lease, and are very accommodating and thoughtful in general!
The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. Wonderful security, using individual code identification for entry and exit, and active security personnel and cameras.
We have such peace of mind knowing our things are well looked after and climate controlled. 👍 -

First-class customer service. Knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They really care about their customers as individuals. Willing to go the extra mile.
Modern, clean, secure facility. Everything is well organized, logical, and works the way it should.
Prompt, friendly, clear communication.
No matter what time I telephoned, I was greeted in a friendly professional way. I never felt rushed, or that my question was taking them away from some other matter.
Overall, a totally professional operation.
Highly recommend.
