The work of The Great Canadian Roof Dr Inc was more than I had hoped for.
They were courteous knew exactly what they were doing, arrived on time and and did their work most diligently. It was a most gratifying experience to see the results of their hard work. From being a roof that looked " tired, with mossy streaks and dark patches, to becoming a pristine, cleaned and great looking roof again" I could not have asked for more.
I can happily recommend these guys to any roof owner who wants to extend the life of their current roof.

Very impressed with the service. We thought our roof was not dirty but a huge amount of dirt surrounded the house. Ryan, Espan and Eisin were professional, answered all questions, cleaned the gutters and around the house to remove debris. The following week they came to spray the roof in windy conditions. They made sure that the spray did not reach neighbouring houses, or our windows. Ryan, Espan and Eisin, what a great sense of humour you all have, we had some great laughs. You guys are a great team and this shows in the excellent work you’ve done. Still waiting for Brad, the owner, to get us the warranty... hope we get it soon!

We woke up on New Years Day to a lovely leak in our upstairs laundry area. We checked the attic and discovered water coming into the area and down through the light fixture. Our nephew suggested we call The Great Canadian Roof Doctor as the company that he works for has had successful dealings with them with roof repairs.

We called the number and were surprised to hear back so quickly, remember, it was New Year's Day, and Brad and his son dropped by to have a look. Brad when up into the attic and up onto the roof and found the problem area and laid down a patch/cover that would last until we could have a permanent repair or replacement done. The weather that day was not very good, downpouring rain and wind and Brad assured us it would keep the water out until we made arrangements. We arranged for a quote to replace our aging roof. We also had quotes from other roofing companies. The prices were all comparable.

We chose Brad and the Great Canadian Roof Doctor because of our experience with him as our roof was leaking. After checking the recommendations of other satisfied customers as well as the Better Business Bureau, we arranged a new roof installation as quickly as possible.

Brad was in contact with us in choosing a color and type of roofing material, as well as the materials used under the roofing material and told us he'd be replacing our skylight during the project.

Brad arrived with Morgan & Zack and they began their tear off immediately. At the end of each day, they cleaned the area of debris, removed all their equipment and let us know what time they'd return the next day. Each day they arrived as stated and got right to work. Both Morgan and Zack were personable and friendly as well as very professional.

After the final day they returned all planters and gardening objects back to their original locations, all material was removed and we haven't seen a nail yet. The only sign that they were here is our lovely new roof.

Brad will be back in the Spring to spray the new roof for moss protection.

We wholeheartedly recommend Brad and his crew for roof repairs and especially roof replacement. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with everyone. Thanks so much for coming out on New Year's Day to stop our leak and for installing our new roof in such a timely manner.

We had our roof de-mossed and protective coating applied yesterday. From the moment we first met Brad we were extremely comfortable; he made us feel totally at ease. He was prompt, courteous, explained the job in detail, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and we did not feel rushed in any way. When the quote arrived we were impressed with the detail, and how easy it was to make comments if needed before accepting. The work crew that did the job were excellent as well, extremely friendly, courteous, hard working, and stayed until the job was finished, even though it was well past dinnertime. They cleaned the gutters, windows, sides of the house, walkways and deck exactly as per the contract. The entire experience dealing with the Canadian Roof Doctor was fantastic from start to finish, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend the company.

We had an excellent experience with The Great Canadian Roof Doctor. The quality of the work was top notch, as well as their work ethic, and communication. Brad was incredibly understanding of how fast we needed the project to begin and be completed, and he was able to accommodate us in their busy schedule right away. The work was completed extremely fast and exactly when they said it would be completed. Dave and James are extremely hard working people, and they went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the project.
