They set the bar high and take pride in creating and maintaining an incredible community that encourages and supports one another. If you’re considering joining F45, this is the place to be.

(August 29, 2022, 4:06 pm)I hesitated trying F45 as it seemed a little intimidating & overwhelming, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. From my first session everyone made me feel comfortable and was incredibly encouraging. The workouts are tough, but presented in an environment where your best is more than enough and any fitness level can approach. It’s impossible to walk out not feeling accomplished!
