(August 31, 2021, 1:12 pm)Dale was a pleasure to work with when buying our house. As out-of-town buyers, he spent lots of time with us in advance preparing us for the market and what to look for. He then carved a considerable amount of time from his busy schedule to show us around during the short time we had.
He was very patient, and was always happy to answer our many questions and explain why houses were priced a certain way or what the market was doing. Finally, his local experience and knowledge was very evident, he has clearly been working in this market a long time and it shows.
Overall, we found a great house thanks to Dale, and we really appreciate all of his help! -

He was our realtor when we bought a townhouse in Victoria in 2006, he was our realtor when we had to sell it in 2016, and when I knew I was coming back to Victoria in June of 2020, my wife and I didn't even think of asking another realtor; we knew we wanted Dale to act for us. He is, at all times, friendly, professional, available - I had to contact him on a weekend once, much though I didn't want to - he was there for us. He liaised smoothly with our bank and our lawyer, ensuring that everything went without any hitches. As our most recent purchase was during the pandemic, he went out of his way to enable a remote buying decision, including giving us a virtual real-time tour of the home we were considering. I know Dale will retire one of these days, and it will be a well-deserved retirement... but Victoria will have lost the skill and knowledge of a realtor truly a cut above the rest.

Dale is highly knowledgeable of the Victoria and area real estate market, both purchasing and selling. He listed our property, which sold in just 23 hours! He clearly and calmly explained the process of preparation and selling our property in understandable language.. and he has been very supportive to us during this process.
