Her focus for me has always been around injury recovery and preventative measures. Her care and attention go beyond the table, as she prescribes great home treatment and educates about why certain injuries happen, which helps me in preventing further issues. Keeping active is important for me and Crystal has always helped me keep my body in tune.

So knowledgeable... she knows where to find the cause of all my pain and sore muscles and make me good as new again. I’ve also heard much high praise for her work in maternity from many women I’ve talked to about Crystal. Don’t hesitate to book with her. I’ll never go anywhere else :)

In fact, when I lived in Vancouver I used to travel back to Victoria just to see her! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always gives me tools beyond the table to help with my health.
