He's had to come out a few times to help deal with items not done correctly the first time, he makes time for me even though he is super busy.

(April 17, 2021, 7:19 pm)Kelly is qualified as an Engineer to design and build all from one company from start to finish. They came out to dig holes to analyze the soil quality and then designed my system accordingly and sent in the paper work to VIHA and we heard back very quickly. Shawn was the lead during the build and has over 10 years experience working for Kelly. I trust and recommend these guys 100%. They are the gentlemen of septic design and installations here on the island. They were within my budget which was nice as well.

(June 16, 2020, 7:27 pm)Thanks so much, Canadian Sewage Solutions, for the professional, timely, and comprehensive service we received on a inspection of septic systems and perimeter drains for a potential Real Estate deal. They were able to perform the service quickly and presented a report that thoroughly explained the system, it's problems and several potential solutions, along with estimated costs. It make it so easy to fully understand the situation we would be taking on, should we purchase the property. It was a great stress reliever and worth every penny as some of the unknowns were eliminated from our decision making. Kudos to the CSSi crew for their help and attention.
