(March 23, 2022, 10:34 pm)Allen is awesome! He's the definition of customer service. Only required a few sessions to fix my shoulder pain I have had for years! On the last session he didn't even charge me as I didn't need any more treatment, imagine that! Couldn't be more satisfied.

(November 17, 2021, 3:02 pm)I hurt my back in Halloween weekend, which lead me to seek desperate help from someone! I was suggested to try Physio. After calling a few places someone passed the message along to call Allen Physiotherapy. He came with his van to my work for me to get the initial test done and 1st appointment. I'm sure glad I did ! I have been feeling so much better and the small motion exercises I have been doing have been helping so much. Shawn really goes into detail of explaining about your body and how they work !

He assessed the 'root cause' of my pain issue (intermittent for years) with the most thorough testing that I've experienced with a Physiotherapist. He has a very congenial manner and I felt very comfortable. An excellent communicator, he patiently explains the anatomy & body mechanics. He taylored the rehab exercises to start slowly for pain releif as well as strengthening. I have been to many Physiotherapists in several Provinces and find him to be the best of all! Would highly recommend his service and a perk is that he travels to your home or place of request! A+++++

(August 26, 2021, 9:40 pm)Right from booking the appointment on the phone I felt like they cared and would be there to help. Since I teach and promote customer service, I know of what I speak... My appointment with Shawn (Allen) was great. He's very personable, takes time to know you, not just your injury, and was very thorough. He made me feel like part of the solution which to me, is the best way to handle medical care. The mobile part is a bonus but I would book with them regardless. I will happily recommend Allen Physio Therapy.
