(January 16, 2019, 9:03 pm)I love that it’s only 30 killer mins and doing that work out 3 times a week enables me to eat and drink whatever I want while STILL losing weight. It’s the quickest and most successful weight loss I’ve ever experienced. I promote 9Round whenever possible, and I HIGHLY suggest those who arnt fitness fanatics to try it out because you’ll never look at working out the same!

After pushing through the first couple weeks of soreness that comes from changing up a workout routine, I am now addicted. The gym has a warm welcoming feel. The music is motivating and fun and the trainers are awesome. It's short and to the point. Best sweat I have ever achieved in 30 minutes! I highly recommend joining the 9 rounds family:)
